Deadspin thought the NHL should’ve pulled the All-Star game from Florida. It was the only appropriate response to DeSantis, who’s a hypocrite. In 2019 he touted his record on appointing people from “all walks of life”
So, just how diverse is the NHL anyway? Well, the league released its first ever diversity and inclusion report in late 2022. It’s 84% white, and 93% hetero -- ESPN
